RETURN POLICY

Vitamore will not accept any return over ten (10) days from the original invoice date.

OPENED PRODUCT

Vitamore will NOT accept return request for opened product.

UN-OPENED PRODUCT RETURN

  • All return must first obtain a return authorization number from Vitamore, Inc.
  • Pack the product together with the copy of the original invoice securely in the original box, write down the return number at outside of the box.
  • All products must be returned un-opened, in sellable condition, in original boxes, and with all paperwork and accessories to ensure full credit.
  • All return shipping charges must be prepaid. Vitamore will accept C.O.D. deliveries.
  • Shipping charge is not refundable.

For Damaged or Incorrect Product Receipt claims

Please contact us immediately for a pre-paid return shipping label and return the unopened merchandise within 10 days of the invoice date. A full refund or a replacement shipment will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned product. In the case the return is not the result of Vitamore’s error, the shipping costs associated with the return and purchase will be deducted from the amount of refund.

Product returns will not be accepted after 10 days of the original invoice date under any circumstances.

For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to the warehouse. Vitamore will not be held responsible for any loss or damages during return.

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 3 weeks of our receiving your returned product. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a shipping error on our part. Refunds to credit card will appear within two (2) billing cycles.
